Today's design is "Cool Biz".
Japan has been taking measures to save energy by introducing a summer dress code called "Cool Biz." Business casual is recommended.
They can't wear T-shirt to work though...:P
Most female employees don't have to wear suit everyday...so it targets male employees who have to wear suit.
